What is Remote Audiological Support?
Remote Audiological Support means our patients don’t always have to travel into the office to see us. Thanks to state of the art technology, you can now converse face to face with us from the comfort of your home via video using your cell phone, tablet, or computer.
No longer do you need to rearrange your busy schedule, allow time for travel, or take time off from work in order to see your audiologist.
Those with the most advanced hearing aid technology can also make use of “remote assist” software. This lets us program your devices with updates and modifications via the internet, so you don’t have to come into the office.
Individuals who are concerned about a hearing loss can also use this service to book a no-obligation preliminary consultation. These complimentary 15-minute video calls are an excellent way to take your first steps towards better hearing.
