“It’s ironic that when you have a hearing loss, you’re probably the last to know—or I should say, accept it,” starts Clement, with a chuckle. 

While his family frequently urged him to get a hearing test, he resisted. Yet his hesitation melted away when he visited Jacobs Audiology in Bowie.  

With a newfound confidence, he shares, “I remember walking outside to my car and just looking up at the sky because I could finally hear birds—the chirping and all that, which I’d forgotten.”
