I am never rushed, and I walk away understanding my options. What an amazing first time experience that took place for me at the very tail end of 2024, in order to meet my medical(hearing) needs for the calendar year. In order to do so, the doctor @ Jacobs Audilogy had to schedule and meet me for a very early appointment(8 AM) on 12/31/24. Her introduction and chair-side manners were simply amazing and so friendly as she welcomed me. And lastly and most importantly, the service she provided was indeed outstanding, thorough, and very professional. The outcome was fulfilling and she definitely exceeded my expectations. Marcie Jacobs of Jacobs Audiology changed my life. I have suffered from hearing loss in my left ear for over ten years. I researched getting a hearing aid from various sources – over the counter, Costco, Miracle Ear, other Audiologist. I concluded that my best option was from Jacobs Audiology because of their professional and personal touch. Marcie fitted me with a hearing aid that fit my budget and lifestyle. My hearing aid is a mini computer that is lightweight and inconspicuous. It automatically adjusts to conversation volume changes and includes a noise reduction feature. I noticed the difference immediately. I attended a robust family function recently and as a result of my new hearing aid, I concluded that my family talks too loud (lol). In the past, I had a difficult time hearing anyone, especially when there was a lot of talking at the same time. This is the best thing I have done for myself and I am happy with my decision.
