The Routine

Using a tissue, gently pinch the end and pull the tip off the device. It should easily come off. However, if you are having difficulty removing it, get in touch with a member of our team, and we can guide you through this process at both of our locations.

Grab the new dome and look for the hole that allows it to be easily fastened onto the speaker’s end.

Using the same technique, gently pinch the dome and push it into the receiver. You’ll hear it snap in place.

To guarantee it is fastened in place, lift the dome gently and check to see if it covers the speaker’s circumference.

Following these steps ensures your hearing aid can be maintained and as clean as possible, allowing it to work at its optimum ability.

If you’re having trouble with your hearing aid and would like extra guidance, please contact a member of our team here.
